We know you can't wait to fill your space with our scent, so we make sure your order gets to you fast and safely.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within Nigeria: 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
International delivery (if applicable): 7-14 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Please note that the delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every scent you order from us. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Returns: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 5 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you and process a replacement or refund (excluding delivery fees).

Please note: Due to the nature of our products (candles, diffusers, and sprays), we cannot accept returns based on personal scent preference.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, kindly contact us at 4titudescents@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Thank you.
